What's the problem?

User was having Mutiple issues with her laptop outlook issue, updates, dell drivers, NetMotion, flash updates to be done.

What did you do to resolve the issue

Have checked over all the issues and taken care of it. Updated the system, dell and provided access over to one drive, NetMotion issue fixed, and flash updates done took a longer time in order to deploy back due to pending issues.

Checked over and made the required updates and installed apps.
