IT Support: [Password and Net Motion Issue] #15875

Device & User Information (first name and last initial, no last names)

What's the problem?

User cannot be able to change his password due to net motion not installed.

What did you do to resolve the issue

Have tried to check the NetMotion connection seems to be not available and again re-installed, helped the user on updating the password.
