IT Support: [G drive folder issue] #15915

Device & User Information (first name and last initial, no last names)

Laptop & Killander, L

What's the problem?

User cannot be able to open any file in G drive and cannot get documents.

What did you do to resolve the issue

Have tried to switch the files by opening G-drive and that populated in other part of the screen, it got turned on and then it worked.
