We have nuanced parcels we would like a way to track down if possible. These parcels are: Under construction Up for sale Short term rentals - airbnb, vrbp, etc Abandoned Unoccupied

• This is not data that in our datasets. They would need to look at Zillow or somekind of third party entity, that they would have to purchase
• This data is hard to maintain
• Legal issues, with knowing who the data owner is and accuracy

Jonathan reached out to Jeff E in the planning department, will continue to work with him and/or track down those recommended datasets. If we can get access to these datasets we'll work with geo team to integrate.

This data is beyond what we offer from a standardized standpoint. The datasets that were being asked for are custom sets that we'd need to make or partner with 3rd parties. The Issue with creating our own datasets is that we would have to maintain them.
