The ArcGIS for Excel Plug-in is eating up all of my credits for using a geolocator that we don't have an enterprise license for.

Is there anything else we should know?

The option (COA Geolocator) is not available every time I use Excel and I don't get a warning screen that I going to be using up credits for using a geolocator that we don't have a license for.

@ATD-ZachB met with requestor earlier today to look for quick solution. It appears the solution may require a more involved process to address the issue with the current workflow in place. Zach will be following up with requestor to schedule a meeting to discuss potential solutions

Searching for a method that will allow geo locator plug in to not consume credits but still display xy data.

Tested proper way to display coordinate values in ArcGIS for Excel. Requestor knows the process. This ability appears to be blocked by user permissions that need to be reset or extended by pm of excel/office 365 permissions. Need to reach out to Diana, and also to CTM to see about getting AfE permissions extended for users for longer than 30 days.

I just received what appears to be permanent permissions for this extension add in. Need to check in with Xavier to see if he also received a status change

Xavier received updated permission but could potentially still be stuck in a 30 "trial" He will resubmit ticket if permissions expire again.
