[Bug] Occasional project index images do not display on the website

Images in project indices should appear as a thumbnail on the "Projects" page, as well as on the project page itself. This isn't working consistently.

Here are two issues with images that ~aren't working~ have been problematic:

Project: Mobility Bond Viewer Github | Website - image inserted in Markdown format, ![image description](image URL) --> note: this one finally went through after I fiddled with the image code a couple of times.
Project: AMD Project Intake Work Orders Github | Website - image inserted in HTML, <img src="image URL" />

They appear fine in Github, but neither image appears on the "Projects" page nor on the individual project page on the website.

Here's the code for another one: Product Index - Mobility Services - image rendering bug.md.

FWIW, I also noticed that it's missing the top description chunk.

@patrickm02L updated this and it's now rendering fine.

His hunch is that dragging images in through Zenhub instead of Github is causing the issue.
