Get access to Maximo Primary DB #16311

It would be good for us to get access to the Maximo DB for reporting purposes. Currently we only have access to the data warehouse which is only updated once daily. The number of accounts that have access to this DB are limited, but Dipa had an account we should be able to claw back for DTS purposes.

We will need to coordinate with Erin A. of CTM. Might want to include Frank to see what makes the most sense from a devops perspective once we know more.
