IT Support: [Issue with dock] #16342

Device & User Information (first name and last initial, no last names)

Dock & Monika, S

What's the problem?

User cannot be able to charge nor access the screens, need to change the docking setup.

What did you do to resolve the issue

Matt had replaced back with the other one at my desk and the old one was checked by me. It's been charged and connected to network it still works.
