Feature: Add meeting object to TDR Review Cycle Details

Staff would like the ability to add meetings and milestones to TDRs, similar to what is included in TDAs.

Describe the outcome you'd like to see when this feature is implemented.

This will reduce the places project information is kept and show the progression between communication with staff/applicants and review comments.

Describe any workarounds you currently have in place or alternative solutions you've considered.

On the review cycle table, user wants to see if there was a meeting for it. User wants to see this at a glance from the case details object as well.

• Chrispin said he can use the same meeting object that exists for TDA
• Chrispin will prototype adding a meeting reference to the TDR Case Details page in the review cycle object.

Action items completed above. TDR Cases can now enter and schedule meeting data at the Case Details level as well as edit or delete from the table. When creating a meeting, they can connect it to an existing Review Cycle. The Review Cycle Details will show any connected meetings. The Meeting Display field is also visible from the Review Cycle table at a glance. The count field for the Number of Meetings is visible from the Case Details. Lastly, any upcoming meetings are counted and will display a message on the Case Details to inform staff.

Stakeholder sent us an email requesting additionally attachment functionality that we would need to scope @TracyLinder

The issue with the meeting details not being saved/displayed should now be fixed with the Meeting now showing in the Meetings table on the Cycle Details page. Need to confirm this shows all the information they want to see. Placing back on Deck

We're not sure if there's anything outstanding based on Juan's feedback. Amber is going to schedule a meeting with us and Juan to discuss outstanding needs.
