What's the problem?
User gets an bounce back of the email, due to the same users added under the distribution list where old one needs to be removed.
What did you do to resolve the issue
Have checked over the distribution list and then matt checked over the issue, in the Citrix the user is not in use, but the second email sent was successful. Matt sent an email requesting to remove the old one out.
