Placing on icebox until USD CRC workflow processing and data handling has been understood. Currently they do not practice Maximo data entry and we are unaware of any potential work order accessiblity gaps. Processing and workflow documentation initatives in progress.

Creating updates in TEST for SBOCONC

CONCRETE:

work order standards been discussed.
sidewalk asset updates from work order
example of what assets look like
where does information come from
test report build out of what the map will show (wo, location, status, children or parent ticket) - should be abel to build maxiom start center with standards (same will be needed for arcgis mapping)
current tracking and hanlding okay

GIS, can we work with Sidewalks GIS to get the collectors app information into Maximo? It appears they are already capturing what Maximo would expect to track, its just not transferred into maximo once the sidewalk team has idenitifed.

currently we have start center in PROD

Worked on Backlog

109 FY21 older, in open status 1 - 3 status

Work Order out dated and no action needed.
- 30 remaining to send to brad before next meeting.
