Create web map to share with Autonomous Vehicle companies

Describe the problem.

So for AVs we have a few disparate pieces of information we would like in one map that we can share with AV companies. Public Safety locations (already a layer); school zones (already a layer); a few sites that stakeholders identified as "areas of opportunity" or "areas of sensitivity" (we have an excel detailing these). Another thing that would be good to add but might be hard an unnecessary is special events, I know those are brief closures though.

How soon do you need this?

Flexible — An extended timeline is OK

• fire, EMS, hospitals (emergency zones)

• AV stakeholder layer
• Fire stations (especially #2 on MLK)
• EMS stations
• Hospitals
• Schools
• School zones
• Signs inventory - signs like no parking or others that would be pertinent
• Safe routes to schools - will need to have a meeting with this group to see what they're comfortable with sharing
• times of special events
  • there is an existing web service (get with Zach)
