Hi William, we received your DTS Service Request. However, we don't have enough information. What knack application are you needing access to? We manage over 13+ applications. Here are some to give you and idea, also providing a web URL would be helpful.

• William replied and said he thought it was the SSPR
• I checked the HR system and he's in there, but he said he still can't log in
• I checked his email and his AD account says "Chris" and not "William"
• I mentioned to him to use the "manual process", to reset his pw and log in as a work around
• I gave him the CTM form for updating the Active Directory account
• Emailed

  Please let me know if your account gets updated and then I can follow-up with you again and see if we can close this ticket we have for you

I was able to access my account by non-COA and sign my form. I will keep you in the loop. Thank you for assisting.
