VZ GIS Data Requests #16633

Describe the problem.

Good afternoon. I am writing to DTS with a few GIS data requests, although I will be happy to work with anyone. I am gathering crash and geospatial data for Toole Designs so that they can perform a daylighting study for Vision Zero and deliver research, as well as a list of 50 potential sites for daylighting. Daylighting is the practice of removing space from the road around intersections where parking is prohibited by state law, so that visibility and safety are improved.

To this, I have checked the City's ArcGIS Online portal for various data, such as the CTN, speed limit, crosswalk locations, and other information. However, I am looking for several other data sources that I cannot find:

1) Geospatial data of on-street parking regulations or inventory. I know that there is a layer of data on AGOL that has the City's paid parking, but I am looking for data beyond those facilities that say whether a street has on-street parking or not.

2) Geospatial data on major trip generators. I have found data on land use but wanted to see if there was additional data on trip generation in Austin, both for a point of origin and a destination point.

3) It is my understanding that Toole helped the City a couple of years ago to analyze data for the Walk, Bike, Roll Program. I am interested in (A) Bicycle and pedestrian counts at intersections, (B) Bicycle Level of Traffic Stress (LTS), and (3) Pedestrian Crossing Level of Traffic Stress.

Would DTS be able to help me locate these three data layers? I appreciate any help or direction that you can provide!

Is there anything else we should know?

My supervisor has said that it is a top priority for Vision Zero and my workflow to get this data to Toole as soon as I can.
