2024-04-03 Sharon W reached out over Teams to notify of this issue and sent this screenshot. I directed her to submit a DTS service request.
2024-04-03 through 2024-05-16
Repeated back and forth between me, Sharon, and the contractor. We checked the account and password, tested the app on multiple other devices, saved a new web map and loaded it into the Survey. Nothing worked. This Survey was working for the other contractor account logins, but not for this login.
2024-05-16 I received the following email from the contractor that was having issues:
"Hey David, I just had a new phone hooked up for my Crew Manager who is working the medians and he will be the one submitting photos. The GPS is working for his phone so we should be good to go now. "
The contractor having issues got a new phone and the app is working fine. It was never an AGOL issue. This issue has been resolved.

A contractor is having issues with Survey123, a photo app. He said that he can't get the map to come up, that it just keeps showing the loading bars and will not populate the map.
Soon — Within a week
I wouldn't say it's critical, but they can't upload their photos of the locations that they are servicing (the before and after photos).
