   - Pavement Ops Training plan

   • discussed with OCT regarding opening the door to them if they would like to sit in and listen to the training sessions

- Concrete and Bridge

• discussion with Clay, trying to get Bridge and Concrete to work in Maximo the way UER does.
• Bridges needs to get into using child work orders for their projects
  • can be multiple repairs done by different groups. Ex: on a bridge, can be 3-4 distinct repairs, and what Dave is looking for, (captured in their performance reporting from OCT).
  • Parent for Investigation, Child for asset repairs
• Concrete is reporting on spreadsheet, also doing data entry in Maximo. Brad sends Dave an e-mail regarding monthly outputs.
• Dave has done work with Patti on process documentation for Bridges.
