Edits needed to permit addendum page of ROW permit reports (LP) - (Ready for UAT on TEST) #16803

Describe the problem.

On the permit addendum page of the permit reports for the RW, PSM, EX, and DS folders, we want to make the following updates:

  1. Add a new statement as bullet point 1. a. on the addendum, stating "ROW Inspections at least two weeks in advance of a proposed full road closure: ROWinspections@austintexas.gov"

  2. The reference to "Austin Transportation Department (ATD)" in the title of the addendum should be changed to "Transportation and Public Works Department (TPW)"

  3. The reference to "ATD" in bullet points 1. b. and 1. c. should be changed to "TPW".

  4. The word "Contract" should be replaced with the word "District" on bullet points 1. e. and 1. f.

  5. The URL provided on bullet point 5. a. should be replaced with https://www.austintexas.gov/ace

  6. In the text at the bottom of the permit addendum that reads "Notify Right of Way Management - (512)974-7180 - if conflicts exist prior to starting work", the provided phone number should be replaced with 512-974-7828.

Describe the outcome you'd like to see when this feature is implemented.

Permit applicants/contractors will become aware that they need to reach out to ROW staff in the event of a proposed full road closure. Additionally, references to the old department name will be expunged.

Describe any workarounds you currently have in place or alternative solutions you've considered.

Including the language in our OneNote repository of comments/conditions.

@Nadin-Nader Done the updates to the report, Have done a commit to update a text in the lookup table as well. request number for dev and test deployment- SCTASK0451644
