As a user, I want a quick way to see and share a list of Moped projects relevant to a particular project, team, or task.

We can also construct custom views for users/workgroups that use more complex operator combinations than the Projects page's advanced filters provide, such as

• Queries using an OR operator, e.g. AMD-sponsored projects that are in either post-construction or construction
• Nested queries, e.g. ATSD projects that have either "Lamar" or "Burnet" in their project names and have either the "MAP Signals 2024" or the "MAP Vision Zero - Major Safety 2024" tag

UI elements

• "Save view" button on the Projects page, a la Zenhub MUI button from a mockup of Rebecca's:
• View selector/collection
  • Drop-down on Projects page
  • Tab/section on Dashboard?
• There could also be a "request advanced" view button or link somewhere, but I feel like that might should just go through a workgroup's power user/MUG member.

Use cases

• Give field technicians an easy view of their work without needing to adjust filters and navigate Moped from their iPads
• Enable all individuals in a workgroup to have easy and immediate (e.g. as soon as they're hired/onboarded) access to key project lists (we could populate default views for users based on their workgroup)
