We'll need to point out that other reports may calculate things a bit differently, such as % Completed on Time. Lauren S. has valid concerns that the SMD dashboard doesn't exactly match this 311 Service Request Response dashboard and reasonably advised that we don't promote using the 311 dashboard until we've ironed out those differences. But that will likely take considerable time and work. So I do think it's best to begin engaging our executives now with the understanding that this isn't a perfect dashboard and TPW doesn't have perfect data and reporting, but this is what we're starting with and we can work on getting to a more standardized future together.

Richard wants to track the 311 backlog. I think it would be great for him to see this and know how he can easily pull up this data whenever he needs it via the 311 CSR Response dashboard in Power BI. Do you guys have plans to do a presentation to the executives or even just Richard?
