An additional "Overlay" option on the Vision Zero Viewer.

Describe the outcome you'd like to see when this feature is implemented.

Have the option to select the Equity Analysis Zone overlay and have the display available to explore the Fatalities and Serious Injuries on the Vision Zero Viewer. You can find the AGOL overlay data here: https://austin.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=0a095a37ea8a4eb8b835a888f00ef53f

@johnclary This request came in tagged as Geo but sounds more like a VZ request to pull in preexisting data from AGOL. Let me know if any support is needed from the geo team on this

• Show pop-up on click that displays title "Equity Analysis Zones" and EAZ Type attribute
• Would be also ideal to add EA as a crash attribute in the DB
