[Enhancement] Generate monthly report of transactions that do not show PAID

Street banners program is looking to have a report generated monthly for us, pulled for any transactions that do not show PAID in Knack. We would like this to be a reoccurring report delivered by the 3rd of every month. If possible, we would like the report to continue providing historical data as needed if previous months still show unpaid transactions.

@patrickm02L we can make a report page that shows "Unpaid" transactions or "Paid Status" is blank or is not "PAID". The user can simply click on the Report page to get this information, we/the system wouldn't deliver it.

Chatted with Chandra about filtering in the Transactions tab. Paid is blank to get the records that we're not paid. This satisfied her request, and she told us to close this Issue out.
