Update dropdown value list for ATD Engineering Reviewer (RB) (Ready for UAT on TEST) #17179

Update info values for ATD Engineering Reviewer

The info values should be:

Describe the problem.

The dropdown value list for ATD Engineering reviewer assignment on the Info tab needs to be updated to remove Matiur Rahman and Sangeeta Jain and add Renee Johns and Danielle Morin.

Describe the outcome you'd like to see when this feature is implemented.

TPW will be able to appropriately assign review staff during Completeness Check.

Describe any workarounds you currently have in place or alternative solutions you've considered.

All cases that should go to Danielle or Renee are assigned to me.

Per Raj, he did not send the deployment plan as indicated on 9/6. He has now sent the test deployment plan and we can test again.

@TracyLinder Bryan Golden needs to be removed per AC.

@Nadin-Nader Please mark this for User Testing. It is working as expected in TEST.

@Nadin-Nader & @TracyLinder This is not something I can test since I don't assign reviewers. Guessing the person that put in the ticket would be best. I am not finding who that was or I would forward for you.
