[Open Data] Update Urban Trails Network ODP Layer #17201

Need to reach out to current owner of this dataset to figure out access and how to do this

Hi there,

The Sidewalks & Urban Trails team would like to remove an old, unmaintained layer from the Open Data Portal (https://data.austintexas.gov/dataset/TRANSPORTATION_urban_trails_network/bxbe-ndaw) and to replace it with a layer that's being maintained. The new layer be identical to the MAINT layer called ATD_ADMIN.Urban_Trails_Network, but have some fields redacted. We'd like this layer to be updated nightly.

our access to this asset hinges on finding from #17196
the previous owner of this asset is the PWD Open Data Publisher
asked Chris if she had a point person she worked with on this previously

talked to Andrew, we believe dataset is being pushed from an old PWD GIS data source. We have since changed that source data to a new location which is more updated. At some point we will want that open data portal dataset replaced with the new more updated dataset. We believe that odp data is currently updated through a CTN related process, so we may want to remove that ODP dataset and create a new one that is updated through our own processes and references our more updated source data
We can't do any of these updates or really see inside without ownership or any documentation on what automations may exists
We are not sure exactly what CTMs process is to publish to the odp. But the data goes from an editing enterprise geodatabase to a read only enterprise geodatabase and then on to AGOL and the ODP

This entire effort is blocked by #17196 -Public Works Department Publisher assets

talked to Adrienne at CTM and her team is going to help move these over to us and help coordinate with CDS

we do now have co-ownership of the previous Public Works Dept Publisher assets
to access, login to datahub using DTS credentials, go to My Assets > Team assets tab, and filter for Owned By: TPW Legacy Public Works Assets
