IT Support: [Laptop Login Issue] #17223

Device & User Information (first name and last initial, no last names)

Laptop & Williams, E

What's the problem?

User cannot be able to login into the system with the credentials.

What did you do to resolve the issue

Have checked the system, hooked up to the network then mentioned the user to login to system. Then login was successful, one drive, NetMotion, UKG login with Auth and bookmarked, got the info back.
