@Matthew-M-TPW Did it got replaced or should I reach out to the user?
Reached out the user through teams and call. No answer and matt reached him his direct number and sent a voice note.
This ticket might be for the desktop that needs to be replaced and his laptop seems to be a new 5440 so no pc refresh for the laptop.
Swapped out the desktop with a docking.
