Enhancement: AMD the ability to override Fund and Unit for projects outside of the standard TPW and Bond codes

Need to chat with Diana about a solution, but we were thinking if we could have an additional field to override the Unit on the work order for these one off scenarios, that would be the most straight forward way to address this.

• Need to reach out to the dev team to get more clarity on what is coming into the financials_units object, how often the ETL is running, and if there would be issues if we started adding additional units to this object.
• Created test report to understand the units that are coming into Data Tracker

Discussed this during dev + product sync and we are thinking that we could add records to the financial_units object without breaking anything in the ETL. We should add a boolean field to track records created within Data Tracker.

Told Charlie I would let him know when we are adding records for the first time so we can confirm that it doesn't cause any issues.

Added unit that Ronnie had requested we added and confirmed that it's an available drop down on the Unit field. Will review this with Ronnie when we sync about inventory this afternoon.
