What did you do to resolve the issue

Went over through spreadsheet and will start working on pending one's, once you give the updated one by Eod.

Have worked on the spread sheet for few of the systems, pulled over the excel offline, updated the inventory, Intune and tickets accordingly.

Updated few of the pending systems, created tickets, forwarded requests, updated the Inventory.
