[URGENT] Connect Oracle GISMAINT database to a project in ArcGIS Pro bad login user error #17345

Describe the problem.

I'm trying to connect the Oracle GISMAINT database to a project in ArcGIS Pro and I keep receiving errors (bad login user error and later the screenshot attached below). Now my account is locked, so please let me know if you can restore my access. I'm not sure why I was getting errors to begin with, so I'm wondering if my password was changed. Please let me know if you see anything that could explain the problem and thank you so much for your time in advance!

Urgently — Critical that this is addressed today

Is there anything else we should know?

I can't perform my job without access to MAINT. I reached out a few days ago but now this is becoming a productivity issue.

Recommended user to submit a servicenow request so CTM DBA team could assist with account unlock/password reset
