Hi Ron, received your request about creating a teams group. Based on your screen shot you did create a Teams group. I've pasted some best practices we have about MS Teams management
Please make sure you do the following:
This is required so that CTM Administrators can identify which teams belong to which departments

This is required so that ATD administrators can manage the team if the original owner separates from the city or needs to archive documents according to retention plans.

How to set up a TEAMS working group? I've tried but not sure its working . this TEAMS Group will collaborate on the TPW Alley Dashboard development done so far by Andrew S ( great work/ thanks Andrew!) group will initially be restricted to invited TWP staff who work with alley maintenance , repairs, or investigation .Members are currently in ArcGIS Online called “COA TPW – Alley Mapping (Restricted)” .
TEAM will be later be opened up to other City departments concerned or working in alleys ( AAR; Code Enforcement, Developemnt Review, Permitting etc. ) for their suggestions and support .

This TEAMS group will review the Dashboard and identify what data is critical and needs to be collected by outside consultant . That will determine cost and funds request for the FY 24-25 Budget... usually needed by July 1.
