Modify reports: `SBO Seal Coat Lane Miles Forecast and Completed Report` & `SBO Fog Seal Lane Miles Forecast and Completed Report` #17465

Maximo

Describe the problem.

I'd like modifications to the following reports:

Please add weekly subtotals and FYTD total for lane miles completed for each week,

Describe the outcome you'd like to see when this feature is implemented.

This will allow us to make sure that data in other reports and dashboards accurately reflect the work recorded in Maximo.

Describe any workarounds you currently have in place or alternative solutions you've considered.

No workarounds yet - we're early in Seal Coat/Fog Seal season. But I have used this feature regularly in the overlay report to catch WO closed late.

Is there anything else we should know?

As soon as practical would be welcome.

We discussed this request during our 5/23/24 Ops Consulting Meeting. Dave would like to move this report request to the first of his priority queue. @adry-martinez and @rebekkabry will sync during our next 1:1 to discuss scope and ownership.

Summary Request: An aggregated by week for subtotals and totals, to mirror the overlay reporting Completed Seal Coat Projects (in house report)

Stakeholders opted to have Dave A. have the final approval of modification. Dave has been provided issue link and will update DTS Maximo on feedback in upcoming discussions.
