Hi,

We would like to change the Superintendent of all the in-house (Work Type = CW) fog seal WOs that are planned for FY24 (such as SP24-131404 and SP24-131404-SW) from Byron C to Fred C.

Is this possible?

Specs and Concerns:

• For open or closed work - this would only impact open work orders.
  • We need them for both open and closed.
    • Per Ganesh: We can not do closed.
  • Reporting: Documentation processes, not really should impact Ops
  • Concern: why we updating historical records? correction. not a standard.
  • CW = in house = city work
• previous process was to submit a CTM request via bulk load with the SQL field, but they no longer want that process. We need training 🚨 On (see Mark A. on training) when attempting the load we were getting errors. We were attempting to update the SI field.

• Reza updates DTS: I talked to Ron and other team members today. The main reason for this request is to make the fog seal WOs visible for Fred Cleveland. So maybe there is a simpler way to approach this instead of going through changing the superintendent.

• Process for updating SI:
  • Export current list of workorders
  • Add SI into export excel file
  • Import back into Maximo with updated SI
• [ ] Discuss need to have SI updated in records with Reza. Does it need to be corrected?

@ganeshkamarapu please train @ReneVarg25 and @rebekkabry on how to import and export a single field change. @rebekkabry for next service plan, please advise to OCE/Reza that the workbook they'll be providing reflects this new change.

Scheduled sync with Reza 6/26 to discuss. Reza advised to confirm with Stakeholders if change is needed, since a change won't be made to the older tickets.
