IT Support: [User issue with network connectivity] #17537

Device & User Information (first name and last initial, no last names)

Laptop & Sonia, B

What's the problem?

User is trying to connect to the secure Wi-Fi network but asking for network key.

What did you do to resolve the issue

Have checked the device and mentioned user to connect through network with the guest as the other secured Wi-Fi as it is asking for credentials. Checked with matt and updated, the network was back and working fine.

Checked again and ensured it's working perfectly.
