ArcGIS map on Living Street PowerBI dashboard to be viewable without requiring GIS account

Hi there,

I have an ArcGIS map embedded in the Living Streets PowerBI dashboard. Other people can't see the map without a GIS account. I want help making this show up for everyone who sees the dashboard. The dashboard will be public so we want the public to see it too

How soon do you need this?

Flexible — An extended timeline is OK

Is there anything else we should know?

There's no rush, but I have momentum with PIO right now so sooner is better

@susannegov @katelunceford If I understand this request correctly its the Power BI dashboard that is needing to be more public. The Experience Builder (xB) app is only referencing the Power BI dashboard. So permission need to be updated in Power BI not in the xB.

@ATD-ZachB Are the layers used in the Experience Builder public? Charlie and I took a look at it and it looks like one of the layer is private?

I think this map needs to be updated for public view in ArcGIS in order to view @ATD-ZachB

Yes the edit view on one of the pages requires being a member of the group. In the experience on one of the pages I have added the Power BI dashboard, but it requires login every time you first open up. I think that is what Jonathan is asking for.

If he want the whole app public we need to discuss that because there are aspects of the app that are geared only for SMO use.

Symbology Update

Jonathan wants the read only layer to have Living Streets Activation Read only layer symbolized like this:

• Active
• EOI Reviewed
• Other

However, it is currently symbolized like this
