Data to Reporting Alignment

• Expectation from Stakeholders: Sidewalk is biggest... should be sending in work orders like UER24-223119. they should provide us with the work, or give us guidance on how to set up in maximo to setup to complete. (they are currently submitting ticket in maximo...need to speak with Brad) - need to define how they look and how they are closed out (RECOMMENDED AND WANTED BY CLAY - PARENT: CHILD) 
• if the title has "CURB or SERVICE it is the child; if it has INVESTIGATION it is the parent.   UER24-2231261-135626  GOAL: To have CONC set like UER with Parent:Child, understanding they may have longer repairs.
