Acceptance Criteria

Created from #17479

Need to create a new report in the Reports Menu ATD Report Library for SIF team
Report description: SIF Building Info Report
Filters: In Date (Range) , Folder Status
Columns: FolderRSN, Sub type, Folder Name, In Date, ParentID, all columns SIF Building Info freeform
Report format: Excel Compatible
Report Condition: Needs to grab info from all SIF folders based on Filters chosen.
