LM Auto email 1 showing DSD. (SS) (Deployed in PROD) #17690

Acceptance Criteria

When a new LM Application is submitted in the portal, AMANDA sends an email to the applicant as shown in the screenshot below.
In the email that is sent, the text 'Development Services Department' needs to be replaced with 'Transportation and Public Works Department'

Is there anything else we should know?

Using Chrome or Edge, Amanda is sending this email out showing DSD still, and not showing TPW.

@Nadin-Nader @TracyLinder - I have re-tested all 4 of our processes > they are all now showing TPW not DSD > The following updates/changes will need to be for all 4 processes > BUT the link to our website https://www.austintexas.gov/department/land-development-engineering is different and the AB+C Link is to the OLD portal and now a deadlink.

@UhrigK I'm not understanding your comment. Is this approved for prod? None of the portal links should be broken/dead.
