Acceptance Criteria

The AC provided applies for LM folder only.
When user makes Accepted attempt in Web Acceptance Process, system sends out an email to Applicant.
The email should be formatted as provided in the attachment below.
There needs to be a blank line after the last line of the email body, and 'Thank you' needs to be added in the next line.
There needs to be another blank line after Thank you, and the following fields need to be displayed: ROWID, Project Name, Applicant, Project Description.
