LM Payment Confirmation email format update

Update the global payment confirmation email format for usability.

Acceptance Criteria

• When a payment is made on an LM folder, AMANDA sends out an email to Applicant as shown in the screenshot below.
• This email needs to be updated as mentioned in the screenshot.
• The LM Permit and Invoice line needs to be removed and added as mentioned below.
• There needs to be a blank line after the last line in the email and "Thank you" needs to be added in the line below that.
• There needs to be another blank line after "Thank you" and the following fields need to be displayed : ROW ID, Ref No, Project Name, Applicant, Project Description.

Update

• This issue had the wrong title; Tracy updated it reflect the scope is for the online payment confirmation.
• This is a global setting; updates require approval from PSC and AOB.
• Tracy wants feedback from LDE before adding it to the PSC agenda. Is it only spacing to be corrected?
  • To-do during Sep LDE prioritization
• Tracy is moving this back to 'Needs Scoping' and taking Subha off.
