Ability to associate interview responses to candidates and panel members

• Candidates - view_263
• Panel Member - view 264
• Interview Question - view 269
• Interview Responses - view 268

Deliverable:

• Interview Responses (associated to all candidates and panel members and questions)

Current Process

• Create interview response word doc
• They update a word doc and update the names of the Candidates and Panel Members
• Copy and paste until all items are completed

Current Digital Process

• Create Candidate
• Create Panel Member
• Create Question
• Click a trigger button to copy question to create a blank interview response record that has CANDIDATE and PANEL MEMBER blank.
• Fill out CANDIDATE and PANEL MEMBER on interview response record
• Click a trigger button to copy filled CANDIDATE and PANEL MEMBER out interview response
• Change CANDIDATE field to next CANDIDATE name
• Repeat until all Candidates have all interview questions
• Repeat until all Panel members have all Candidates listed

Proposed Process

• On "Interview Questions" table, have the ability to select one or all questions and copy to make "Interview Response" records
  • If we can connect each candidate to each question?
• On "Interview Responses" table select all responses and associate to CANDIDATE (from drop down form?)
• On "Interview Responses" table select all responses and associate to PANEL MEMBERS (from drop down form?)
  • similar to Purchasing and Finance

Acceptance Criteria

• Allowing the HR assigned staff to go from clicking 15-20 times to 3-5 times

@stephaniemoorer the next step is to attend the next Dev + Product sync, happening this Wed. I've made it so I attend so we can both be there to show the improvement we're hoping to the Devs.

Is it possible to select all the questions at one time so we could complete one cycle: Select interview Select candidate # 1 Select panel member # 1 Select all the questions Repeat with candidate # 2, panel member # 1, all questions
