GIS Service Request

Requester: Dave A, Ron K, ROW, Special Events

Issue Description: Rebekka had a meeting with Dave and a need was identified for an Alley dataset. We discussed it during the Data Science sprint planning meeting and I noted that Ron has also requested this in the past and Tracy commented that a dataset of alleys is a need for ROW & Special Events as well. It's possible that one exists, but if it does we're not sure if it is accurate!

Resolution / Service Provided: Complete geospatial dataset for alleys within the City of Austin.
