Investigate options for getting GIS Asset ID information added into MAXIMO for alleys and urban trails at a request from Dave

6/20/24 Updates Meeting with GIS

What is the process to get GIS Assets into MAXIMO

Working with Dataset owners (Ron for Alleys) to get set up on the MAINT side.
confirm that what we have on the MAINT side is good data
work with Erin within CTM and Ronnie to get published, configuration in maximo, mapping for gis to maximo fields.

Notes on Urban Trails Data

Mapped by URBAN TRAILS - segments.
Have been migrated onto the ATD side of the house.
There is a more updated. ARCGIS online. is also set up online.
Current Urban Trails Dataset:

7/1/24 Updates with Stakeholder

Email to DTS Geo and Apps

Do you know if they current urban trail dataset is broken down into smaller segments like the streets segmenting? Or if we have ID mapping already for large trails to the segmented ID? Urban Trails Dataset GIS (unless there is another you recommend using)
[ ] Need to follow up on the assets that could be tracked or need to be tracked in urban trails. Should we mirror the street segment and tracking layout?
