Case Details not reflecting Cycle updates #17807

Describe the problem.

If we change the created, submitted, review start, or review completed dates (on the scopes and submission cycle page) in KNACK, it does not update the TIA case detail page. Please see pictures.

Reached out to Nathan. They said Louis found some discrepancies from the displayed data and the exported data. I looked at the specified records in this issue but found no discrepancies. Inquired to Nathan if they had any specific examples I could look at to verify data integrity.

Need to manually update:

Case Created
Case Submitted
Email Address

Spreadsheet Columns for Import:

Case ID
New Created & Submitted Date
Case Approved Date

DTS also needs to

[ ] wipe the email addresses when we do the bulk import/update
[ ] Update the case details Last Submittal Date
[ ] Mark as historical

This is blocked by needing a spreadsheet from Nathan for DTS to perform the bulk update.
