Re-issue Identity Provider Certs with Correct Expiry Dates for all Knack Apps

Listed apps exist in Microsoft Entra and have SSO enabled. If the expiry date is incorrect, a new cert will be created in MS Entra with the correct expiry date and the IP Cert will be updated in the Knack app and 1Password.

All apps successfully updated. Authentication testing for all apps was also successful. Old certs removed in MS Entra. Expiry status is now current for all apps.
