• Review DTS Project Board (is MAXIMO reflected)

  • how do you tag to have filter into Projects? Should we create a LARGER PROJECT FOR MAXIMO (include Assessment, and below items)

• MAXIMO Epics current, add to DTS Board if needed

  • Reporting Efforts (backlog, self-service options)

• Apps/Maximo alignment goals and expectation conversation

• Review the apps SBO support and their solutions.

6/13/24 Meeting Notes

• Current DTS Projects: Current MAXIMO initatives should be mapped under SBO Tag
  • 📓 Projects: should have end dates and clear initatives
  • 📓 Products: could be ongoing epics.
• Discussed current Maximo Epic structure and load. Currently difficult visualizing Maximo in DTS. Recommended the following:
  • Start Centers - makes sense to consider completion of start center revamps end goal of project. Will meet with Christina to disucss in detail and modify if recommended and within scope.
  • Reporting
    • Recommended Project End Goals: 1. Connection to MAXIMO DB with daily refresh set up and Performance Measure data mapping and source references.
    • Leaving as is for now. Complete as issues.

• Open Issues Discussions

  • 17798 - followed up with Andrew for updates and status on project.

    - issue should be perfect for tracking. We do have a dataset we put together in coordination with Ron that lives in maint and is pushed to AGOL on a nightly basis. The structure for this data is in place but there is no maintenance plan and no changes have been made to the existing data for about a year or so.
