Update gitbook to reflect TPW branding instead of ATD #17852

@ChrispinP and I were PM'ing over another gitbook issue, and it came up that we need to update this away from using ATD in the branding and update it to say TPW.

I'm not sure if this should fall into the dev realm or as part of another team's work. @dianamartin do you have a preference or direction on it?

Very low urgency, but it would be good to bring it up to date.

Could be a scenario where we nix the department acronym and just call it DTS

We have to check where to update it, it will break url links in Knack that got to Gitbook wikis. This will have to be planned.
