CTM updated:
We performed an upgrade of Maximo in Production and have discovered a problem with the DISTRICT MAINTENANCE start centers.
For now, I have REMOVED those start centers from group membership. You may not see them when you log into Maximo come Monday morning. We are working hard to try and resolve the problem and get you the start centers back operational.
Resolution Expectations
CTM expects to have resolved by EOD. Working to address the queries, potentially they are in work order tracking and they have to do with the Overdue SRs. Those lock up everything.

Nick working on revising the queries in TEST so that they actually run and run efficiently and then we will have a plan on how to get those updates into PROD.
DM concern:
since we are not receiving any CSR‘s in the system, we would need to get access to the 311 database

put back the District Start Centers. After the maintenance tonight we tested them and they opened with no problems. The load time should be better too, so please let me know if you still see any slowness
DTS Maximo will review data to ensure we see reports and portlets as expected.
