Created new account, updated all records in ROW Portal, and inactivated the previous account. Notified Trip and they are able to access successfully.
Added Trip to HR Portal, need to confirm Banner ETL does not affect record negatively before updating any connections.
ETL only seemed to deactivate the new account. Re-attempting with EID. I've updated all record connections.
The Banner ETL is overwriting the name field but the EID & email are reflecting accurately. May be worth updating the ETL for these scenarios but otherwise new account is now active.

Right of Way Portal
All Portals I use, including HR Portal, will need to allow my new email to sign in. I cannot access anything in Knack. My email name was changed today. Previous email was (see comment) New email is (see comment)!--trip.driscoll@austintexas.gov--.
Urgently — Critical that this is addressed today
I cannot access Knack at all and need it to complete job functions.
