Create a guide to the Moontower conference room and hand it to Sonia so that she can edit it and laminate it.

What did you do to resolve the issue

Checked the conference rooms and Sonia updated us with a document. Craig would be drafting out the document and give an update to just add in the inputs. Forwarding it to @Craigjacobs-ATX
