Request to CTM to change ownership of markings feature services to DTS

Request to CTM to change ownership of the feature services to us and we would overwrite them with the schema we identify. Geometry layer and URL would stay the same and we would add the related table and update the FME process to write to the existing data.

Will need David to export a list of the maps that are currently utilizing the markings datasets to determine the scope of usage and ensure that we change out those layers. Will then be able to either:

• Notify CTM to remove those datasets from AGOL and replace the data on every map we have
• Ask CTM to stop their updates on the current dataset and replace their dataset with ours using the same IDs so we don't have to replace the layers in everyones maps

Plan of Action

Summary: Ask CTM to stop their updates on the current dataset and replace their dataset with ours using the same IDs so we don't have to replace the layers in everyones maps Goal: Keeps parallel process in place and if they change ownership, there shouldn't be a change in the URL or web location. Therefore we shouldn't have to switch datasets on any of the webmaps that currently use this dataset.

• [ ] Send email to CTM requesting that our data is the authoritative dataset and ask CTM to stop their process from DM -> AGOL
• [ ] Change ownership of the dataset that CTM publishes to our ownership
