Winter Event per Andrew

Winter Event Data is slightly different than what we are currently seeing when pulled.
Andrew provided example, we need to map to confirm where the data is coming from/going to.
Checking to see if the report is still valid. SBO Weather Event; every hour.

How it would work?

MAXIMO GIS Servers per Erin

SBO layers maintained on the GIS Servers. Who is responsbile for those layers? Data in MAINT to the MAXPROD DB. Currently using FME? Is there not something on the CTM side.
@andrewshensky what is the process, will follow up
Consumption in MAXIMO (supported by CTM)

CONC and SIDEWALK

Agenda;

[x] storm demo process and testing
[x] conc huddle scheduled (all sidewalks are pulled from sidewalks_seg_gis layer > syncs and create new > Link record.
[x] gis oce missing assets in progress (able to match some with maximo asset ids, 105~ matches, 80~were not able to find. connection. The streetserviceassetdata to pavement management, PMIS may not have all street segment data = needing corresponding matching IDs from the last update. Updates needed on the PMIS or Street Segment Asset Agile (OCE). We need to give them a new dataset of the street segment data, working with Bryan to support DTS, if on PMIS may be out of our hands and we will need to provide them with list for them to update.
[ ] do we pull in any txdot data? in relation to bridges

STEPS for MAXIMO to ArcGIS for Storm

maximo sending email
aws web hook (?) Frank (automated process to grab email and put online location, email ETL)
automated FME automation to grab the online XLS. Cleans, publishes to ArcGIS online.
